Supporting NWPAD with your Persistent World is easy!
Minimially, there are only 2 simple things that you NEED to do to help us celebrate the 15th anniversary of NWN with the rest of the community.
Feel free to customize your involvement to your own tastes and preferences. This is not about force-fitting your involvement, but rather providing plug-and-play options for you to help facilitate involvement.
Minimum NWPAD participation requirements
1) Make sure you let us know you're participating. List your PW on our NWPAD project discussion board here
2) Schedule at least 1 (or as many) DM-led event between July 10th - 25th. Post this schedule for your players so they know when to participate.
3) Prepare for the Server Crawl. On July 12, players are encouraged to band together to participate in a Server Crawl event whereby they join servers en masse for fun an chaos. You're strongly encouraged to have something planned for players throughout the day
Then, if you're willing and able, go to the next step and support the NWPAD World Walker Challenge...

NWPAD World Walker Challenge participation requirements
1) Download the NWPAD sign, chest and script here. This sign describes that the world will participate in NWPAD and the chest/script provides the tools to participate in the World Walker Challenge.
2) Import the sign and chest into your module. Place the sign in your loading area. Feel free to update the sign description to customize it to your world, but you must keep the content that's in there already. . :
3) Place the chest into your module on July 10. Put it into an area that is easily accessible to new players.
4) Save your logfiles every day between and including July 10 - 25th. We need a complete copy of your logfiles from each day so that we can count player 'check-ins' from your world. If you restart more than 1x per day, just make sure to save your files. If you don't restart at all during that period, 1 file is fine.
5) Remove the chest from your module on July 25. The event ends at midnight between July 25 and July 26.
6) Send us your logfiles on July 28 (or before). We will tablulate the number of check-ins per day of unique login/cd keys per world and determine the winners.
7) Develop prizes in-game prizes relevant to your world. In addition to possibly winning an RPG game from GoG.com, a winning player can decide to redeem for a prize on ONE world (among those participating worlds). If you're lucky, that will be your world. To be ready, you should decide a series of in-game prizes that you could provide to that player (gold, xp, items, special DM quest, approval to play a restricted subrace, etc...). Rewards for the 'grand prize' winner and those of decreasing levels should be adjusted accordingly.

Submitting Logfiles for the World Walker Challenge
Ideally, logfiles from participating servers will be provided to the NWPAD team in the following manner:
- 1 folder containing 15 more folders.
- those 15 sub folders will be named with the convention, "NWPAD_MONTH_DAY" (for example, NWPAD_7_10)
- each of those sub folders will correspond to each of the 15 NWPAD days
- the log(s) for each day will be in their correct folders
